Voicemail message lite or create beep when there is a message 1

Hi, Will you please tell me how do I go about fixing or setting up a notification like a BEEP when there is a new voicemail message. I am setting this up for an analog phone.

There is a switch setting on the card for stutter dial tone when the user goes off hook. This setting affects the entire card. You have stutter dial tone or MW lamp not both on that card.
16LCBE - SW 1 7 ON
16LCBE-B SW 15 2 0N
16LCBJ-A SW 12 2 ON
16LCBK-B SW 13 2 ON
These are a few of the settings depending on the card. Look in your circuit card manual for the card you are using if one of these are not it.
