Voicemail message delays

I need some help on a Nam voicemail system which is causing intermittent delays on message delivery. sometime hours or day

1. We tested and left voice mail messages with the user and never got it to fail.
2. we deleted the voice mail box and reprogrammed it.

Any ideas?

your running out of hard drive space. have all users clean out old mail and delete all unused mb's. this will cure your problem.
