We're using Avaya Aura Messaging 6.0.1...
In the default Voicemail menu, how do I define which submenus are offered?
For instance, when someone goes into their voicemail, Audrey Audix offers up the following options:
To record messages, press 1
To get messages, press 2
To administer personal greetings, press 3
And then she stops.
Option 5, which lets people change their password & record a name, etc, is not verbally declared to be an option, but you can press 5 and get in there. I always have to tell people "To change your password, you have to use the secret menu option 5."
How do I unhide this menu option so that people know that they can do this? I've looked through every option I can find in the "Messaging Administation" webpage and can't find anything likely. I can't find a reference to this in the documentation, either, though I'm not sure what keyword to search for.
This has been bothering me for years, but I haven't taken the time to look for a solution till now.
Thanks
