I have asked about setting up a voicemail mailing list eg for sales as a group and for accounts as a grouping. It saves sending individual voicemails or copying in on a group by group basis. Can something be done as it will really aid communication.

there is a job aid on the documents CD that works through this setup (it is too big to reproduce here)

IN V3.0 when released you can change group mailboxes to "Broadcast" which will then go to every member of the group in the way you require.
