Voicemail lite busy

When I access *17 for voicemail I get a busy signal.
I have set the Voicemail to PC and the IP address is the users PC.

Voicemail is turned on for that user.

any suggestions?

IP Address should be VMail pc address or set to 255.255.255.255 and let the system find it by broadcasting.

make sure that there is a valid route from the VM cp to the IPO & that there is no firewall on the VM PC.

the is especialy imnportant if you are running Win XP
