Voicemail lite - BulkInfo Request & Retransmission error

All my users are receiving a busy signal trying to get to voicemail. All other phone functions work. When you start the voice mail (lite version) it gives a:
BulkInfo request

and several lines that say
retransmission

among some other things.

Any ideas on what might be causing this.

Last night, a new IP address was added to the server on a separate NIC but the old one is still active and working. The network subnet has not changed at all.

This is a connectivity prob , the VM app cannot see the IPO, obviously adding the 2nd NIC has caused some probs, you need to sort that . Default gateway maybe???
