I have now 2 systems with the same problem; hope you can help.
One of the systems is a 406V2 running V 3.2.5 an embedded vm card; the others IPP500 running 4.0 with VM lite.
The problem is when recording an announcement or a Queue message AA the message is stored on the card / pc for a couple of days. However after a couple of days all the announcements are deleted.
If I record an announcement at day 1 and re-record the same announcement at day 2 then a few days later the announcement of day 1 remains; again the announcement of day 2 was deleted.
It seems like a memory problem or something
The VM application en card firmware corresponding with the firmware version of the IP Office
Anybody have seen this before?
