yes you can, in vm pro client, in administration, preference and general there is a setting for max. message length by sec. and the default is set to 120 seconde
you better can send a email
then you have more change that your message will be heard
a voicemail message should be short and clear

Thanks for the quick reply. The person in question wants to record a conference call, then put it on as a greeting on a mailbox only extension so her associates can call in to a specific voice mail box and hear the recording at their leisure. Is there a better way to go about this?
why not just use the Call Record shortcode to record it? then move that recording to the mailbox only extension?
I don't think Call Record uses the VM call limit but am not sure...
*55 is the default short code.. it will play a tone during recording unless you disable that in VM PRO. if you use 1 Extension/user for most conference calls you could also set that user up for Voice Recording Mandatory..
