Voicemail Light problems

Message light on a 2616 not coming on. We use Meridian Mail. This was an existing phone that did work fine until we put an ACD on key 0 and moved the standard extension to key 3. LHK and LPK are set to 3. Extension is unique, MWA is set, MWK key is set, etc. Went through all other posts and couldn't find anything else that I'm missing. Any thoughts other than nuking the mailbox and recreating it?

Did you check the mailbox settings? Check that the Message Waiting Indication Options is set to ANY.

Yes, checked mailbox settings. The MWI option is set to Any. This phone was working properly until we added an ACD group to this phone on key 0. I have compared the CLS options with a phone that is setup the same way, but working. Any more ideas?

Does this DN appear on any other sets? If so, check to make sure it is "MARP"ed on this phone.

Thanks everyone. It just started working. I think it was because I set it to the secondary extension on the phone. That was the way another phone with a similar setup was configured, so I think that was it. Thanks again!
