Voicemail Licence

We have a few extensions that have voicemail setup on 5215 dual handsets. Can I free a licence from one of the extensions that I know is not being used, and use it for a user that needs voicemail?

Deleting any unused VM boxes will allow you to create the one's you need. There is no requirement to have an associated VM.

Thanks for clearing that kwbMitel.

I'm still new to working with Mitel so is it posible to give me steps on where to go to remove someones VM then adding it to another extension?

Your help is greatly appreciated.
We use the Mitel 3300 ICP

System Administration > Voice Mail > Voice Mailbox Configuration.

Alternatively you can uncheck the Voicemail in the user config form. User config can aslo be used to create for the new user.
