voicemail keeps locking out user.

Hi All.

i have a situation with a BCM50 where a user has complained that he seems to be getting locked out of his voicemail after he is away. When I look in the mailbox activity, I don't see that much voicemail activity... and don't show any lockouts during the days he is away.

The only thing he is doing differently that other users is that when he is away he forwards his phone to his backup.

But even if this is the case, when a person calls the man in question, and it gets forwarded to the backup, if a voicemail is left, should it not be on the backups voicemail?

I had the phone changed on the possibility that the phone might be defective, but even then it still happens.

Any ideas?

If the user that is being locked out receives DID calls, then it is must likely that someone is trying to hack into his mailbox when they hear his message.

This is done by entering 81 during the message. If they try a certain amount of times, the mailbox will be locked out.
