Voicemail keeps leaving MWI

Hopefully a quick fix and something I've totally overlooked.

running MCD 4.0 SP2

Have embedded VM and NuPoint

User was on embedded and has and issue with being left call me back from VM.

deleted him embedded VM and set him up on the nupoint which works as should.

every couple days or so (no pattern yet establised) he gets another MWI from embedded VM... recently deleted and re created the extn...all traces of extn gone from embedded VM...

grrrr!!!

Is the user a member of a hunt group that has an associated embedded VM

Does the user have keys on the phone that are members of a hunt group that has an associated embedded VM

No but they used to be - I deleted the hunt group

I just checked the old hunt group VM and there were messages - i've removed them & deleted the VM box - hopefully this will be it....odd though as the hunt group was deleted including all members...
