voicemail issue

Dear Friends,
my meridian voice showing some error
when i try to delete or modify some specific extensions thro meridian mail system it is showing error and i try many times
system is 61C

when some specific user want to use voicemail to find out message login fail and when i check with voice mail system to modify/delete voice it showing error means i cannot modify or delete what would be the problem

Are you able to log into the voicemail system OK?. What release of Meridian Mail is it?.

i can login and modify and delete and add many extenssions but but extenssion i cant make any changes and we are uisng procomm software from meridian voice mail here

ACTUAL ERROR IS FOR EXAMPLE EXTENSION 4210 VOICEMAIL IS ENABLED BUT WHEN USER WANT TO LOGIN VOICE MAIL ITS VERY SLOW FOR RESPONDING AND AFTER SOME TIME ITS SAYS ERROR ACCRUED PLEASE CONTACT YOUR ADMINISTRATOR
WHEN i TRY TO CHECK WITH VOICE MAIL AS ADMINISTRATOR I CAN NOT DELETE OR MODIFY MANSION USER,MEANS i CAN NOT MODIFY THAT SPECIFIC EXTENSSION .

Have you, or are you able to do a full voicemail backup onto the SCSI tape drive?.
