Voicemail issue

I have a tvm200 connected to a kxtda 100,the system is running on isdn lines. The setup is the ddi is answered by the auto attendant and then sent off to a message box, however the customer has reported that they are having complaints of the voicemail dropping the call before the message is completed intermittently. I have run a trace and collected the info over 2 days but i have no idea how to decipher what is an error code etc.

Any ideas or help appreciated.

if thats an early revision of TVM 200 you have to update it to the latest rev
