Voicemail issue NEC 8100

Hi All,

I am currently having an issue on a NEC 8100 with voicemail
It seems the users can receive voicemail from external numbers when the phone isn't answered, but when an internal extension/ Number calls the phone it doesn't receive the voicemail

Is there a way to make the phone get voicemail from internal numbers, if so how can we activate it?

Check MB 24-09 for each vm box and make sure items 2, 3, 4 and 5 are set to go to the vm pilot number. Items 3 and 5 are for internal calls.

Is it only on busy or both when busy and whennot answered?

Hi Guys,

Thanks Belevedere, I checked te setting, it wasn't set to the correct pilot number.

Also it is set for both busy and not answer as it should be, thank you for your reply also Phone troll
