Voicemail is Full at all times not able to leave messages

We have user whose Voicemail is full at all time and unable to leave messages.

Any ideas what needs to be done?

Surely you can go to the subscriber screen and increase thier lintis or if UM with messages stored on the email server, can increase it there. May check to see if they can't get emails either at the same time if using UM.

When i go to subscriber screen i dont see option to increase limit.

Change the Class Of Service. The class of service is where the mailbox size comes into play. Go into the users VM box and then from there make the class of service changes.

Why user unable to recieve messages even though he deleted some messages and mailbox has space?

He should recieve messages right?
