I have a Norstar system, and all of the phones read Meridian. I have had this system operating for about 6 years. The problem is that when I, or someone else accesses their voicemail (feature 981) it sometimes stops (freezes up) or speeds up (sounds like a chipmunk). Is there something I can do here to solve this problem. Sorry not so descriptive with the equipment, but I am still learning all of the in's and out's of this system.
