Voicemail internal server error

BCM 200 lost power last night, voicemail lost all programming. Curenntly reprogramming but getting internal server error from bcm when trying to program auto attendant line administration. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Had exactly the same issue last week on a BCM200. Ended up putting a new HDD in, reconfiguring voicemail from scratch as the customer did not have a backup to hand.
 
You could try a chkdsk /f on drives c through f but no guarantees on that. Drive was liekly already corrupted before the power outage.
 
You can try deleting the keycodes then reinstalling the keycodes. After that, do a reinstall on CallPilot. That has cured things for me in the past.
 
I had this same issue on a 3.6 machine. It turned out that the voicemail files were completely wiped off the hard drive per Nortel.
