I have an 81C, seems that everytime after an ini many of my users complain that LPA won't turn off even after logging into the Call Pilot server and deleting their messages... I have to actually go to the phone itself and clear it under the options. However, it only happens to phones that have the option to clear the lamp, phones like M8004 are not affected... Any insight?
