Hi,
I've setup manual password restriction on desk phones(m3820's + m3110's on a 81c)but when a phone has been locked by the user certain dn's will point all incoming calls to our reception console rather than ringing or going to voicemail !!!!
The only case where this restriction works is where a dn has the tn of a companion/dect associated with it.
I support a large manufacturing plant and we get a lot of unwanted abuse on the phones !!
Any ideas ??
