Voicemail Greetings 1

It appears the voicemail uses recorded name as the default voicemail greeting. Is there any way to change a users default from name to greeting without going into the user's mailbox and manually changing it?

I copied greetings for the users into the greetings folder. That is why I want to make this switch.

Yes you need to copy the greeting you like or want in to the names folder and give it the exact name as they have in manager and VMPro.
