IP Office 10.0.0.3.3 build 1 with Embedded Voicemail running in Intuity Mode.
This system has been installed for less that 3 weeks, and twice now, a user has somehow disabled their recorded voicemail greeting. When the station is called, the caller hears "(User) is not available" even though they have a recorded greeting. When I go into their voicemail and check status, it says "Greeting recorded but not active."
I set it back to active by pressing 1 to record a new greeting, but then pressing 3 right away so it is less than the 3 seconds required. The system responds with "Greeting saved." Then when I check status it says "Personal greeting recorded and active for all calls."
First question- How is the user shutting off the greeting? Second- is this explained anywhere? Avaya Documentation is no help...
