I have an office that I administer for. They have an IP500v2 with UC mod for vm pro. on 11.0.0
There have ICRs that go to a main hunt group 8000.
45 seconds of ringing before the call goes to a VMP pro voicemail variable that determines Day, Night, Holiday
Assuming it is day, the call is sent to their day menu and the caller is presented with range of options
If they select 0 to leave a message in the general mailbox, it transfers them to 8000main mailbox.
Once they leave a message there it is forwarded to the emails of 5 users.

The huntgroup does have the broadcast box ticked so that it sends messages to all the users...
but I have 2 users that are no longer in that hunt group that are still receiving copies of the voicemail to emails.

What am i missing? any other info i should add here?

I would check the users Source Numbers and verify the HMain isn't there. That is what tells VMP that they should get emails for that group.

I did check that. The only source number is for a user whose VM he wants quick access to. That user is has no source numbers and is not in the hunt group either.

You are using 11.0.0 which could have any number of glitchs since it was the first release. Another option would be to delete the user and rebuild them as there maybe something stuck in the config.

Back up - you said:

And also:

I have 2 users that are no longer in that hunt group that are still receiving copies of the voicemail to emails.

You can only email ONE email address, so you must be emailing a distribution list that in turn sends the email to all of the members of the distribution list. You should be looking at your email distribution list, not the phone system.

Under the Hunt Group VM tab there is a check box called broadcast.
"When enabled, if a voicemail message is left for the hunt group, copies of the message are forwarded to the mailboxes of the individual group members. The original message in the hunt group mailbox is deleted unless it occurred as the result of call recording. This feature is not applied to recordings created by Voice Question actions."

I think this is what is happening. The voicemail then gets turned to email at each users personal voicemail.

Perhaps Budbyrd could be right. Maybe even though the user is deleted out of the hunt group, there is a glitch of some sort and messages are still being sent to him. I'll look into deleting the user/hunt group and then rebuilding.

What's the voicemail to email address on the group?
What's the voicemail to email address of each member of the group?
Does anyone receive 2 email copies of the message (1 from the group mailbox and 1 from their own mailbox receiving the broadcast message)?
What's the voicemail to email address of the users that are no longer in the group and should not be receiving the messages?
If you temporarily turn VM to Email OFF for these 2 users, and leave a message in the Group mailbox, do they still receive the email?
