Voicemail forwarding

On one extension when a voicemail message is left, a different extension gets called from the voice mail system notifying that there is a message.

How do I turn this off or change the setting?

probably the user has setup message notification to another extension / disable that

Go into that persons MB via Feature 981. You will need there password. Press admin(8) and then 6. Follow prompts to turn it off and your all good.
