Anyway of accomplishing this, tried re-routing to a phantom DN that is always re-routed to VM, but then they just drop to noraml system greetings, which is right as the call goes to voicemail but does not drop in with the correct DN of the extension.
Also just tried to creat a mailbox with the number of the acd agent in voicemail but just get a message saying value out of bounds?
Now out of ideas!
