Voicemail Employee Directory

I have a client with a SX200-ICP and would like to have the "dial by name" feature available to them. Is there something like this already build in the voicemail? Thanks in advance.

Dial by name is a standard feature for the embedded mail.

Great! Do you know of any documentation on it? I can't figure out where to tell the voicemail to go to access this feature.

Not much to find

You set the first or last name prompt in general settings (Form 49)

You program the name accordingly in the mailbox

When the Main Auto-Att is accessed you are prompted to dial 9 to access the corporate directory.

That's all I needed. Didn't know all you had to do was press 9. You figure Google could of at least found that for me Thanks.

The 200 has a really good help function if you program via the web interface.
