Voicemail email not working

I was able to follow the same instruction as in thread940-834609 , but the only difference is that I am using Outlook 2003/XP, does that matter?

I still get the Mapi login failed 3.


In the VM Pro application do you have to specify a MAPI Profile under System Preferences ? Mapi? If so is it just the login? Or do we need to create a profile on the Exchange server?
