Voicemail does not pickup on internal calls

Hi,
I am lost on this one. The voicemail system works great on our BCM 200 3.7 system, but when you do an intercom call and the person does not pick up on that extension, it never makes it to the voicemail system. IF you call from an outside line and hit an extension, it rings fine and then goes to voicemail. What did I overlook in my install?? Thanks!

So forward on busy is set up correctly - since all external calls go to voicemail, but internal calls - ring no answer.

Have you tried Feature 9 8 4 to see if the caller goes to voicemail?
Re-boot the system...

Is FNA programmed?

Old cheater way was to DRT or Pime to vmail the lines instead of using FNA setting.
