Voicemail disconnecting callers BCM450 R6

BCM450 R6 - about 250 users

Call an extension (or DID) and it works fine but when it hits 4 rings and forward to voice mail the call is disconnected.

Auto-Attendant/CCR is also not working. When I call from an outside line and the auto-attendant answers I do not get the Auto-Attendant or CR Greeting.

Feature 980 & 981 both work fine.
I can listen to the AA/CCR Greeting in programming.


Do not see any alarms that look like they would cause this.

Tried restarting the Voicemail service and it did not fix it. Scheduling a reboot at lunch.

May hard drive is failing.
Suggest to keep a spare handy and also try it.

Patched up to latest?

Thanks my friend. I am suspecting the same thing.

Also the Power Supply is suspect.

I rebooted and it did not come back up. I replaced the power supply and it did come back up and the voice-mail is now working.

I am going to have a crash kit sent to the site and prepare for the worst.

i have seen the power supplies on the 450s cause some strange issues
