Hi,
I have a customer that called telling me that voicemail is not working.
They have 13 System connected through SCN using the latest 8.0 version. They are using centralize voicemail. I checked voicemail pro client and the user mailbox for the Guatemala system were disable. Now my question is what would cause the mailbox to be disabled? What are the different scenarios of this happening?
