Voicemail Dial 0 Destination

Hello all,

I have a situation where a caller is in a prompt and dials 0 works fine, but if you call a DID number you cannot dial 0 from the users mailbox. I assume those are set up in two different places, but only know where to set up for a module. Can someone direct me to where that is set when in a mailbox?

In Manager, on the users voicemail tab :)

It depends how you get in the mailbox of a user, if accessed through the user leave start point then it is the setting in manager, if you drop a call in a call flow to a leave mail action you don't have the "dial zero" option.
