Voicemail Delivery

Hi,

im trying to help a friend of a friend and im not too experienced with samsung.

we have an OfficeServ7200 - group (5000) which rings 3 users then overflows (5001). after the overflow timer expires, it goes to voicemail. where do i configure which user gets the message for this group?

any help appreciated.

Key programming mmc722. Select the extension you want to get the group voicemail and program one of the keys as MW with an extender of 5001. It should then flash once a message has been received. N.B you can use this method for several phones if required.
