Voicemail cuts caller off if you pause during leaving a message

Hi Guys

Has anyone else experienced an issue where when a caller is leaving a voicemail using Embedded 3300 voicemail and pauses for a couple of seconds the voicemail hangs up af if it is end of message?

Have experienced this on old release 9 and MCD 6

Almost like it is on vox

At some point if you stop speaking the voicemail will assume you are done and stop recording. Not sure if there is a setting anywhere for a " talk off setting" in the voicemaill.

The beatings will continue until morale improves.
