Voicemail Collect Not Working

Strange one. My default *17 or A voicemail collect programmed button, is not starting the vocemail. All My AAs are working I can dial * + Ext number then *7 and access the voicemail box however when dialing *17 or any programmed voicemail collect + ext number I get the proper display except no voice just silence.
Service is running and all other voicemail functions are working correctly.

Any Ideas?
 
If you are running VMPro check that the VMPro knows which directory the wavs live in, go to:
Administration
Preferences
General
Directories
Point the VMPro to the following path
C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\WAVS\
