2. Dial 102 0000 then OK (if you have three digit ext #s)

7. Press REC and at the sound of the beep, record the greeting desired. Press OK when finished.

You may listen to the recording by pressing PLAY or to go ahead and accept the greeting press OK.
Then press RLS and you’re finished. Call into your office and make sure it is answering correctly.

To open and initialize your mailbox:
Press FEATURE 981 from your extension.
Enter the default password 0000.
Press OK.
Using the dial pad enter your new password. It can be from 4 to 8 digits long but cannot begin with 0.
Press OK.
Press YES to accept your password.
After you have accepted your password, you are asked to record your name in the Company Directory. At the tone, record your name.
You are now ready to record your personal greeting.
Press ADMIN.
Press GREET.
Press RECORD.
Press PRIME.
Press YES.
At the tone record your personal greeting.
Press OK to end your recording.
Press OK to accept your recording.
To Change your MailBox Options:
Open your box * *
MailBox Options: 8
Record name in directory 1
Change personal greeting 2
Change password 4
Access msg notification 6
Use automated attendant #
