Where are the Audio stored for the Callpilot/VM system on the BCM's drives?

Hi wbochar

What are you trying to do with the files?

We might be able to save you some time.

I have a few voicemails that need to be used in legal procedings and would like to pull the data directly off in a file. I cant seem to locate the files through any of the shares or when I log directly into the system through VNC. I did however notice a not formatted/reconized partition -- maybe this is where the system dumps its voicemail. I have seen other systems use non dos/os reconized os to directly write their own file system to.

The easiest way to pull the info of is to speak to someone about unified messaging. This way you could email the files as wav files and save them to a pc then extract them on to disc or some sort of storage device.

You could get a try and buy keycode if you speak to your vendor or maintainer.

One might hope so!

Just contacted BT for a quote on Unified messaging and they want serious cash.

Beginning to think that using a tape recorder and a speakerphone may be just as good and considerably cheaper!

Algo AuxBox will record conversations. Non-intrusive and good client application.
