Voicemail Call Forward

I have two locations each with an 0x32 and 4.1 Voicemail networked together via a PTP T1. There are approximately 15 people in each location. Sometimes people will call location 1 looking for someone that works in location 2. During normal business hours this is okay because our receptionist does a intercom transfer. However, at night it creates a problem because they cannot find the person they are looking for when they enter the directory. I figured I could add the location 2 people into the location 1 voicemail and then do a call forward from voicemail back to that individual's voicemail box at location 2, but I could not get the call forward portion to work. Any ideas?
