Yes, in voicemail pro under User create a Callback for that user. The user name created must match the user name (not full name)in Manager for this to work. Connect the Start Point to a "Get Mail" and then under the specific tab of "get mail" put the user's name again. You must also create a wav. file to attach to this "get mail" action for it to work. It should be 20 seconds long.
Then in Manager, under that user's Source Number, make a new entry as follows P9,telephone number of cellphone.
