Voicemail blocked 1

Hi,

Here is the issue.

When the customer try to play its voicemail, he heards " You've got 5 new messages " and the the call stops without being able to heard the messages.

The problem occurs with an IPOffice 406 V2 with embebbed voicemail. It's the 2nd time that this issue happens and the first time we have fixed the issue by rebooting the system. Any ideas ?

Check the individual user's config. Under the Voicemail tab make sure Voicemail Email is set to off.

"cannot retrieve messages due to mulitple logons to your mail box" 406v2 running 3.0.40 VM PRO 3.0.12..when trying to reteive messages from your mailbox. seems to happen a lot more on V.3 about 20 users not a busy office
any ideas how to overcome this please...BG
