As stated in another post I am an Avaya/Nortel person thrown into NEC world. Although I have figured out most things I am puzzled by this statement from users in the company. In order to swap stations users need to clear out their voicemails or they sometimes get deleted suring the move. The company uses Zeacom with the NEC. If the voicemail is a separate system from the NEC and you use MatWorx32 to do the station swap why would the user not have their voicemails after the station swap? I havent tested this but figured I would ask if this is true since I know somefeatures do not transfer in the swap.

Thanks for your help

I have never heard of this issue in the NEC world, The only connection would possibly be OAI to the Zeacom, but using the swap station command with in MatWorXs should not remove or delete the messages from the users.

If you see this issue let us know.
