Hello All

I have a voicemail extension which offers 3 options (1,2,3 via personal contacts) in the greeting which work ok but after the greeting a system message says 'press 2 to reach this persons voicemial, 3 for fax.

How do i remove this system message? thx

You cannot remove the canned greetings for Fax (3), Cell (2) or Pager (7)

Use the other digits.

If i want to offer the option of 2 or 3 or 9 options then is the only option to use a multi level auto attendant?

the extension goes straight to a greeting and is never picked up. Eg, "press 1 for alan, 2 for bob, 3 for colin".

option 1,2 and 3 forward to mobile numbers. i mentioned '9' as in 9 options. i could just use 4,5,6 as personal contacts but in future there maybe 9 options. thx

I queried the 9 to make sure you were not thinking of Dial by Name.
