Voicemail About Power Supply?

We are receiving the following voicemail from our phone system:



“A power supply error is being reported by your 3COM NBX telephone system’s call processor. Power supply 1 is not operational or has been disconnected from its power outlet.”



The power supply is plugged in, we verified it today (and actually took down our phone system in the process).

Would a power supply from a 3c10201 fit a 3c10202?

According to what I've found online it seems the only difference between the two is the 3c10202 has redundant psu's.

I can't find any list of parts or a system breakdown or hardware maintenance manual.

You should just send the non-working power supply for repair. Hopefully your other power supply will continue to work at least until you get it back.
