Customer needs to change auto attendant recording but lost instructions on how to do it, tried googling it to no avail
Any one have directions for this?

I've had good luck at this site:

I don't see voicegate, but maybe it also goes by another name?

kwbMitel- That's a great site, sorry to say Voicegate is the name.

Did you check to see if voicetrak (also a voicemail) might be of the same flavour.

they are a Canadian Company and it is dealer only product line

Is it an ics or vip2000 have you tried call them and asked nicely they have help me out in the past....

if its the VIP 1000(MSDOS Based) log in: press 7, press 5 for the day menu or 6 for the night menu. Press 1 for company 1, or 2 for company 2..ect ect. Then dial 0 to record on day sunday. Press 1 to review or 2 to record. Press any key to stop recording. After you are done recording, go to the PC, press F7(I believe, I am doing this from memory) to copy the company greeting message. Enter the same password you used to log into remote admin. The only thing you should have to change is the day/night field if you recorded the night greeting. Then press F10 to copy the greeting to the rest of the days. You will see, greeting copied press any key to continue flashing on the lower left hand side of the screen. You should be done. Again, this is only for the DOS version of the voicegate, the VIP 1000.
