voiceflex sip trunks not working after upgrade to 9.1

We did an upgrade from r7 to r9.1 last night but the sip trunks no longer work.
From a monitor trace you can see incoming calls hitting the switch but we get a 404 phone not found error and outgoing calls get unauthorised. The trunks are showing as registered and idle in system status.
None of the system programming has changed and I've not had this problem before with other sites although this is the first time I've used voiceflex.
Any assistance is appreciated
 
Hi I've tried it with * in the URI and the full number, both times the full number has been in the ICR
 
If you want to post the config I am more than happy to have a look as I have upgraded many a customer to 9.1 who have voiceflex SIP trunks.

I Had a similar problem when I upgraded and ended up deteting the trunk and recreating it as I couldnt see anything obvious.
