Is there a option to remove a voice prompt "connecting" ,not to be heard by the extension user who receive the transfered external call from the voicemail port before able to speak to caller.
Sorry, there is not!
The best removal "attribute" you have for the COS for the voice mail user is attrib #11:
"NO system PROMPT after GREETING, go straight to recording.!
