My voice session commands are validating but when I run the script they are never envoked. This is what the Nortel documentations suggests

For information about how to ensure
that scripts do not skip over voice processing commands, refer to Chapter 8,
“Troubleshooting,” in the Symposium, M1/CSE 1000, and Voice Processing
Guide.

I dont have this guide. Any ideas?

Write a short test script that only activates voice prompts to see if you can get them to run on that script. If that doesn't work, you may want to double check your configuration of the access ports on the call pilot to be sure it matches in the Symposium. If there is a mismatch, this can happen. You can also try rebooting your Call Pilot and Symposium and get them to sync up again.
