I was trying to add a voice segment (on-hold Message) to appbuilder, i didn't work so i deleted it. The rest of my announcements are now in a "not in use" state. How can i trun these back on?

Voice segment in AppBuilder is "Not in Use"

What exactly did you delete? I suspect you may have deleted the application that holds the voice segments. This will probably leave the voice segments in tact but you will have no way of actually using them. If this is the case then you will need to re-create the application and put the voice segments back in it. You will need to make sure the promt ID's for each segment are correct as referenced by symposium. (I assume Symposium of course)
