voice routing FXO-PSTN

Dear All,

I have 2801 series router with 4FXO ports card. So now i want to connect two sites for data traffic through fastethernet while i want to achieve the following goals:
1. enable voip through FXO between the two sites.
2. Enable connectivity to PSTN

Any ideas and feedback will be highly appreciated ?
