Voice Recording Tab Missing?

About 70% of my users do not have the Voice Recording tab on the user form?

This is very weird, has anyone else seen this?

Don't know what caused it but exiting manager and re-entering helped to an extent (a few users) and a re-boot fixed all remaining.

I've also had this, making sure the user has voicemail and a vm password seemed to cure it for me.
