Voice Recording Random behavior

We got an IP Office 412 recently updated to 2.1(27) + VMPro v2.1.14. We have been using Voice recording for a long time and it has been working pretty good. We have separated the recording from the user's voice mail using different mail boxes for each one. But now from time to time we get "some" recording into the user regular mail box instead of the user's recording mail box.
I know random behaviors aren't easy to solve but if someone come up with any idea will be really appreciate it.

Are both options on the user form set to the second voicemail box where you are storing the recordings?

I upgraded to 2.1.27 on two different sites and ran into this.

I had this problem with 2.1.27 at a site using a 406.
Auto recordings went into both the user's mailbox and the recording mailbox. Set the manual recording choice to the same as the auto recording and it stopped putting the extra recording in the user's mailbox.

Second site is running a 403 w/ 2.1.27, I went through the same procedure, but this time making both locations the recording mailbox did not fix the problem.

I am waiting for the new patch coming out in March.
